Delivery Boy Terms & Conditions

By registering as a Delivery Boy with GlcZone, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Accurate Vehicle Information: You must register with the exact vehicle type (Cycle, Bike, Scooter, or Car) that you will actually use for deliveries. Using a different vehicle type than what is registered (e.g. registering as Cycle but using a Bike) is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate account termination without notice or compensation.
  2. Valid Documents: For motorized vehicles (Bike/Scooter/Car), you must possess a valid driving licence, vehicle registration certificate (RC), and valid vehicle insurance at all times while on duty. It is your sole responsibility to keep these documents valid and up to date.
  3. Accidents & Liability: GlcZone (the Company) shall not be held liable for any accident, injury, death, or property damage occurring during delivery duty. Full legal and financial responsibility for any such incident lies solely with the Delivery Boy.
  4. Traffic Violations: Any fine, penalty, or legal action arising from traffic rule violations, riding without a valid licence, or use of an unregistered/mismatched vehicle shall be borne entirely by the Delivery Boy.
  5. Vehicle Damage or Theft: The Company is not responsible for any damage to, loss of, or theft of the Delivery Boy personal vehicle during the course of delivery work.
  6. False Information: Providing false or misleading information at the time of registration (including vehicle type, licence, or identity documents) is grounds for immediate suspension and may result in forfeiture of pending payments, and the Company reserves the right to pursue legal action.
  7. Insurance: Delivery Boys are strongly advised to maintain personal accident insurance. The Company does not provide any accident or medical insurance coverage unless explicitly stated in a separate written policy.
  8. Right to Verify: The Company reserves the right to inspect, verify, or request re-verification of vehicle and licence documents at any time.
  9. Amendments: These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By checking the agreement box during registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
